These documents would apply to anyone who would be on the loan.
Please note that some of these may not apply to your particular circumstance.
If they do not please ignore them:
1) Current pay stub
2) 2014 federal income tax return along with all 2014 W-2's.
3) 2015 federal income tax return along with all 2015 W-2's.
4) A list of any properties you currently own. Please include property
taxes, insurance, rental income, and assessment fees.
